USP is an organization which works to maintain high standards of medicine quality and use. The home page leads to information about drug standards, drug information, dietary supplements, practitioner reporting, veterinary medicine, and products. They have an interesting product called USP Pictograms, which can be found by entering the keyword Pictograms in the search space. The Pictograms are very simple pictures, which supplement the instructions on how to take medicines. They could be useful for teaching about medicine use with low-literate or non-literate populations. They can be downloaded for free after filling out a licensing agreement.
